Kickstarter Employee Retreat
Brooklyn, NY · Ace Hotel + Major Owens Community Center · 2024
Kickstarter’s team is fully remote. Once a year they bring everyone together for a retreat built to strengthen employee bonds in a refreshing out-of-office setting.
What we builtWe produced a four-day retreat for 100+ employees: workshops at the Ace Hotel, a community Field Day at Brooklyn’s Major Owens Community Center, bespoke branded decor, and a full schedule of sports, creative activities, meals, and hospitality.

Newark Tech Week Summit

Newark Tech Week needed its flagship Summit to drive innovation, networking, and investment across the city’s tech community, run at the scale of a public conference.
What we builtWe started by producing two events in 2024. Each year Newark Tech Week expanded our scope, and by 2026 we were managing full-scale production of the Summit, from speaker booking and talking points to A/V, layout, and run of show.

Do you produce events outside New York & New Jersey?
Yes. We’ve produced activations in DC, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Paris, France.
Can you take on part of an event instead of the whole thing?
Yes. We can run full production or plug in where you need us, from speaker booking and vendor management to A/V and run of show. Newark Tech Week started with us producing two events in 2024 and grew to full-scale summit production management by 2026.
